On June 11th., 2003 and again on September 11th., 2003
through "no-fault of his own", CR Sutherland suffered
injuries in 2 separate "100% not-at-fault" motor
vehicle accidents !
Following the last accident, and due to the Severity
of his injuries, Mr Sutherland Is Now "Catastrophically Impaired" !
This Nightmare is perpetuated by character assassination,
insensitive doctors, and the extent to which "His Own Insurer"
obstructs Access To and/or Delays Providing Copies Of "Their Own
Independant Medical Examination Medical Reports", make industry
standard excuses of "Oops Clerical Error", in addition to how
far they will go to Delay, Obstruct, If Not Out-Right Refuse
Medical, Rehabilitation and Financial Benefits under
"no-fault-insurance".
